Thank you! I do try to bring everyone I draw to life (wouldn't it be fun if I could really do that!). Honestly, it's more practice than talent. It's learning how to see, and learning how to translate what you see on paper.

Thanks I've been seriously drawing since I was around 12 but most of that consisted of me copying my favorite comic strips or characters from video games (anime and non-anime). I went through college for my BFA so I didn't draw for myself the entire 5 years (if I did - it was only doodles) so I seriously picked up trying to develop my own style after graduation and that was when I joined DA. While it's a complicated answer - I'd say 4 years? All time before then was just random styles and mediums.
